To ensure clarity and support in case of failed or canceled payments, SATIM outlines a minimal set of requirements that must be included on the failure page.

Required Elements

  1. Return Message This message is automatically generated by SATIM to indicate the reason for failure. It must be displayed clearly to the user.

  2. SATIM Support Line Display SATIM’s toll-free number (numéro vert) along with the message: "In case of a payment problem, please contact SATIM’s toll-free number."
